Hygienic and flexible: Temperature sensor with protection tube
Cảm biến nhiệt độ THTE là một nhiệt kế điện trở Pt100 được phân loại hợp vệ sinh cho các ứng dụng trong ngành thực phẩm và đồ uống, dược phẩm, mỹ phẩm và công nghệ sinh học. Với sự trợ giúp của một tế bào nhiệt nhô ra trong quá trình này, cảm biến có thể được trao đổi "khô". Điều đó có nghĩa là tàu vẫn đóng và các rủi ro vệ sinh tiềm ẩn được giảm thiểu. Điều này cho phép vận hành hợp vệ sinh an toàn kết hợp với tính sẵn có của thiết bị được tối ưu hóa./ The THTE temperature sensor is a hygienically-graded Pt100 resistance thermometer for applications in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and biotechnology industries. With the help of a thermowell that protrudes into the process, the sensor can be exchanged “dry“. That means that the vessel remains closed and potential hygienic risks are minimized. The thermowell is available in multiple insertion lengths and is installed at the vessel by common hygienically-graded process connections. High-grade stainless steel and a gap- and crevice-free design enable safe and clean processing. The THTE is well suited for CIP and SIP processes. This enables safe hygienic operation in conjunction with optimized equipment availability.
