CONFLOW Spa provides its customers with a wide range of positioners and valve accessories manufactured exclusively by Power Genex® and leading international brands.
Pneumatic / Electro-pneumatic / Smart positioners in Linear and Rotary versions. End-Stop Boxes, Lock-up Valves and I/P Converters. Solenoid valves and filter reducers selected for you to ensure high quality standards, excellent performance and competitive prices.
The products are ATEX – IECEx – KCs – CCC – EAC (TR CU) – NEPSI certified and are equipped with the most popular communication protocols such as HART – PROFIBUS – FOUNDATION FIELDBUS. All models are available in low temperature, salt spray and hazardous area versions. SIL2 and SIL3 available on request.
CONFLOW Spa manufactures and supplies its customers with a wide range of self-operated pressure reducers specifically designed for use with steam. Numerous actuator types allow reduction ranges from 8 bar down to 0.2 bar.
The range is divided into 3 families:
– Reducers Type RP13 from DN15 to DN50 RP14 from DN65 to DN100 with PN16-40 rating with gauge EN 558-1
– Reducers Type RP300 from Ø 1/2″ to Ø 2″ – RP400 from Ø 2.1/2″ up to 4″ with 300 Lb rating and ANSI 150/300 RF flange – ASME-ANSI B16.10 gauge
– Reducers Type RP10 available in flanged version DN15-20-25 or threaded version Ø 1/2″-3/4″-1″ with PN25 rating
They are easy to install and can be used on industrial plants where there is no motive force as they are self-propelled. RP13-300 RP14-400 types are also available with a special diaphragm for use with mineral oil fluid. All products are PED 2014/68/EU compliant.

CONFLOW Spa manufactures and supplies its customers with a wide range of heat exchangers, condensers, dehumidifiers for Biogas, smoke-water exchangers and indirect steam generators to meet the widest range of industrial requirements. The products are configured for the main heat transfer fluids such as steam, superheated water, thermal oil, water and other fluids.
The range includes:
– BEU Series: Instantaneous heat exchangers with removable “U” tube bundle
– BEU-V / FU Series: Instantaneous heat exchangers with removable “U” tube bundle for tanks and tube bundles also made to drawing
