This sensor type principally is used for applications demanding great reliability, high switching speed as well as high switching frequencies and longevity. Magnetoresistive sensors are gaining more and more importance in the contactless detection of mechanical parameters. The maximum switching frequency of our senors is at 20kHz. We manufacture cylindrical sensors in dimensions M12 to M18. Custom-made housings according to your requirements are also part of our product range.
The comprehensive program of optoeclectronical sensors comprised light sensors, light barriers, fork light barriers and colour sensors. Optical sensors react on reflexion or heasitation of lights through capture objects. The power of this sensors high coverage till 100m and switching speed till 500kHz.
Optoelectronic Sensors
Cylindrical and rectangular sensors with cable or connector. Function: Light emitting and receiving as well as transforming to electrical signals.
Transmitter and receiver are located in one housing. Fibres lead the light to the point of detection. Depending from installation reflective or barrier functions are possible.

Gloss Sensors
Gloss sensors measure with different viewing angles the relation between diffuse and direct reflection on a surface. From that it is possible to calculate the gloss level.
Measuring the lead time or phase shift of light waves on the way from the sensor to an object and back, included speed of light, results to the distance.
According to the application the client can chose between circular and rectangular design, screw mounting an gluing as well as different triple structures.

Fibre Optics
Based on total reflection fibre optics are able to lead light nearly without loss and that`s why suitable as a link between photoelectric sensors and place of detection. They are in use if direct positioning of sensors fails due to spatial or environmental conditions.
Connectors with cable are used for power supply of sensors and signal transmission. They are available with standard lenght 2 m and mostly optional in 5 m or 10 m.
An accurate alignment is very important for successful application of photoelectric sensors. By the help of suitable mounting parts an optimal adjustment is no problem.
Ultrasonic sensors detect solid or fluid targets on great distance - without any dependency on the characteristics of the surface. The sensors are equipped with teach-in functions and different interfaces. Pulsotronic ultrasonic sensors stand out for their high resolution of max. 0,2mm, optimum precision and large sensing ranges. We provide digital as well as analog outputs. Advantages: independent surface, able for transparent objects, contactless, high working intervals
Ultrasonic Reflex Sensor
The distance to an object will be calculated by the measured lead time from emission and receiving of an acoustic pulse. Because of high dependency from temperature the result is temperature compensated. According to the sensor type the output signal is analogue 0 ... 10 V or 4 ... 20 mA respectively digital PNP or NPN.
These devices detect objects due to acoustic interrupt (one way system) or changed lead time (reflective System). Related to photoelectric sensors ultrasonic sensors are slowly but nearly independent from surface properties.
Touch sensors are mechanical precision switches with an accuracy until 0.5 µm. Our product range includes sensors in size M5 till M12. Optionally, there is a transistor output possible.

Basic model in housing M5 to M12 with repeatability 5 µm.
