BAS-SMP-2000 Modbus/BACnet server and interface. Easy to use
The BAS-SMP-2000 is a stand-alone, embedded, web-based graphical interface for building automation and process/access control systems.
Multiple protocols are supported including LonWorks, ModBus/485, ModBus/TCP, BACnet/IP and BACnet MS/TP. It runs on Linux.
Programming is browser based and easy to learn.
Applications
Features include animated graphic screens, scheduling, historical trending, run time accumulation and alarm monitoring; All features are supported, even with devices that do not natively support them.
BAS-SMP-2000 will automatically toggle outputs and change setpoints on schedule, collect runtime and trend data, and monitor alarm conditions.
BAS-SMP-2000 is totally self-contained. All set up and user interactions are performed via a web browser. No dedicated PC or external applications are required. The user interface utilizes Adobe Flash to allow for advanced graphical features, platform-independence and drag and drop setup. Absolutely no knowledge of HTML, XML, Flash, JavaScript or any other programming language is required to set up or use BAS-SMP-2000.
BAS-SMP-2000 uses discreet memory for internal storage. It contains no hard disk or other moving parts. The Linux operating system is used for enhanced security and stability.

The BAS-DSA features a 1.2GHz 64-bit quad-core ARMv8 CPU with an 802.11n wireless LAN, bluetooth 4.1, 1GB RAM, 4 USB ports, full HDMI port. DGLUX5 is fully embedded.

Topics
A topic is defined as a unique interaction with the server such as a subscription to a data point, an executed query, or a command like a set value. For example: a page with 3 gauges showing one unique value per gauge, a chart displaying two trends, and a graphic of a fan displaying and allowing control of fan status, would equate to 7 topics.
