Công nghệ PRT (Pulse Ranging Technology) là gì?
Công nghệ Đo khoảng cách bằng Xung (PRT - Pulse Ranging Technology) trong cảm biến quang điện là phương pháp đo khoảng cách chính xác, hoạt động bằng cách đo trực tiếp thời gian cần thiết để một xung ánh sáng cường độ cao truyền đến vật thể và phản xạ trở lại bộ thu của cảm biến.
Nguyên lý hoạt động của PRT
- Phát tia sáng, Cảm biến phát ra các xung laser hoặc xung ánh sáng ngắn, năng lượng cao với tốc độ hơn 250.000 xung mỗi giây.
- Thời gian bay (TOF), Một bộ định thời tốc độ cao tích hợp sẽ đo chính xác khoảng thời gian trễ (thời gian bay) từ lúc xung ánh sáng rời khỏi bộ phát cho đến khi nó quay trở lại bộ thu đơn.
- Tính toán khoảng cách, Do ánh sáng truyền với tốc độ không đổi (khoảng 3 nanôgiây mỗi mét), cảm biến sử dụng khoảng thời gian này để tính toán khoảng cách tới mục tiêu với độ chính xác cao.
