Electrostatic Cleaning System for Hand-Work Place
With the ELEPHANT you reliably remove unwanted particles from surfaces. An integrated active ionization neutralizes the electrostatic binding forces between dust and product surface.
In addition, the pulsed compressed air, from the air nozzle of the ELEPHANT, is loosening and removing the particles even from undercuts and depressions of the components. The dust-charged outlet air is collected in the integrated suction chamber and delivered to the filter unit. The workplace and surrounding environment remain clean.
The surface cleaning system JET-BLADE creates through its teardropshaped design principle and driven by a suitable high-pressureblower a high-velocity-air-stream. The JET-BLADE can therefore achieve very good cleaning results especially for sizeable 3D-parts and moldings with cavities. The non-contact system convinces through its high blowing volume at low operating costs.

Cleaning system with high velocity nozzle and integrated suction system. The non-contact surface cleaning devices CROSSJET eliminate disturbing dust and material particles of webs. The CROSSJET cleaning head is positioned over a guide roller.
A special nozzle geometry generates a high velocity air stream which breaks through the laminar boundary layer of the web. The particles can be cleaned off reliably even at very high speeds.

Non-Contact Surface-Cleaning
The non-contact surface cleaning system TAIFUN-CLEAN removes impurities from three-dimensional as well as structured surfaces. By generating a pulsating and high turbulent air stream excellent cleaning results are archieved.
Slightly structured or almost flat surfaces can be cleaned using the contact system ROTORCLEAN. The models in this system are equipped with a rotating brush.
With the adjustable brush pressure, a variable brush velocity and the used bristle material impurities can be cleaned not only bound by electrostatic forces but also those inherent in other binding forces (eg. adhesion) on the material surface. A homogeneous air flow removes the impurities and transports them to the filter system ESUC.

Compact machine for fully automatic deflashing of IMD and Hot Stamped Parts
For the surface cleaning of flat or slightly rounded shapes up to 200 mm in width, KIST + ESCHERICH provides an easily adapted standard machine: the CLEANMASTER.
It is adjusted individually to the shape of each component using only the product carrier and system controls (cleaning parameters such as the brush rotation speed, height adjustment of brush, etc.). The CLEANMASTER was developed specially for removing flakes, production particles, dust etc. in a manner that protects the product surface.
Using a special cleaning head system ROTORCLEAN which combines electrostatic discharging with cleaning using the brush and air pressure.
This thorough, gentle cleaning makes the CLEANMASTER very good for cleaning decorative elements, such as plastic parts produced using IMD or hot stamping. In contrast with the CLEANMASTER 200, the CLEANMASTER 400 has two carriages which work independently of one another, so that several components can be cleaned at once.

These compact surface-cleaning systems allow manual cleaning of almost all components by using a dry-cleaning process without any previous knowledge and experiences of the operator.
Individual, customer-made and according to the parts cleaning with various cleaning heads. All systems are a combination of ionization for electrostatic discharging of the surfaces of the components, of a high performance pulsating air stream to remove the loosen dirt particles and of an integrated or external suction and filter unit.

The MULTIMASTER model range is a flexible system platform for cleaning components. The components are loaded and unloaded either by an operator or by a handling system; the cleaning cycle runs automatically and is thereby controllable. Since the cycle is defined, a constant cleaning quality is achieved.
Various models and configurations are available according to the size of component and the required handling concept. Individual adjustments to match each component geometry can be made exclusively via the component uptake and cleaning heads and with as adjustment to the system control.
Application
Almost all products which can be cleaned by a dry process are suitable for this system concept. When small components are concerned, several components can also be processed at the same time.

The machines of the TRAYMASTER line provide an easily-adaptable surface cleaning machine for sensitive, flat or slightly moulded shapes and as well 3D-geometries, such as deep-drawn plastic trays.
For most applications, adaptation is carried out entirely by means of the systems control in the setup system, i.e. no structural adjustments are required. This saves time and money at start-up.
